This page was originally going to be the reverse angle of the Issue Two cover but as a started to draw it, I realized that I'd basically done that angle in the last page of Issue One. So I was presented with a bit of a problem, not wanting to repeat myself. Then I had a "Eureka!" moment and thought I could repeat myself deliberately and make a joke out of it, with Paige's slightly fourth-wall breaking "deja vu" comment.
